About Sounds Of Optimism

Meet The Founder - Mr. Santosh Naik

Mr. Santosh Naik is the founder of Sounds of Optimism, with over 25 years of experience in teaching, performing, and studio recording. He has also trained over 500 students across all levels, helping them develop strong fundamentals, confidence, and musical artistry.

Rooted in the Guru–Shishya Parampara, his journey with the Indian flute is shaped by disciplined riyaaz, mindful practice, and a deep respect for musical tradition. For him, music is not just about technique, it is about breath, awareness, and emotional expression.

Through Sounds of Optimism, he has guided hundreds of students to build strong fundamentals, expressive playing, and quiet confidence by blending structured learning with a calm, mindful approach.

Our Philosophy

Music as Awareness

Music is a mindful practice. Through breath, stillness, and sound, students learn to focus, slow down, and connect deeply with their instrument.

Structured, Yet Personal

Learning follows a clear framework while respecting each student’s pace, ability, and emotional expression.

Optimism Through Sound

Music should uplift. Every lesson is designed to build confidence, patience, and a quiet sense of joy beyond performance.
